Bad communication service

I ordered food from Uber eats.. Aneesa wynberg they took my money from account then suddenly they remove my order Uber app then go's crazy and also removes my order so I phone Uber and they confirmed that yes money hs been taken from my account so then I proceed to contact aneesa in wynberg they suddenly off line and when call from 2.15 until 3.18 the line had been turned off so and of the app they saying they not taking anyore orders so what now???
