Bad client service

Ordered via Uber eats the driver got here without the cold drink he said he was only given the food I should cancel however he will go back to the shop he told me he could close it because they know how to get the pin minutes later the status changed to delivered I had to order in Mr d because I was hungry contacted the Uber eats team I was told that the food was delivered why on earth would I lie about receiving food or sharing the pin with the driver they didn’t even investigate I haven’t gotten the food my money is gone and they just don’t care
