Bad bad steeling services

I used my mother's Uber eats app to order me and my family MacDonald on there app when the food cane it was cold I made a note on the app that we don't want ice we got ice in our cold drink then I also gave a tip so my total with the tip (as proven on the slip I have on the app) it works out to R311 and some odd change total with tip and it was deducted next min they actually try to take moor money out of my account after they deducted the R311 and change so I complained a second time keep in mind they never responded with my first complaint and they tried a third time as well to take moor money so up until now they never came back to me or even apologized to me for the bad service nor any feed back. Please don't order on Uber eats they steel your money and has bad services and cold foods
