BAD BAD SERVICE

I placed an order and the estimated delivery time was 13.05. The time kept getting later and later. Then they said they could not find a driver. Which I can understand. BUT YOU CANNOT ACCEPT ORDERS IF THERE ARE NO DRIVERS IN THE AREA?? So the latest delivery time in the end was 14.50. I could not cancel the order while it was not picked up by the driver and get a refund. So I had to either cancel the order, lose all the money and make something myself, or I could wait a 'little longer' for my order. The driver sent me a message about his bike having problems (not upset about it at all) . He was two streets from my house. We ran outside hungry and excited. Stood outside for 15 minutes. ORDER CANCELLED. I am very very disappointed.
