Bad bad bad service. Unhappy customer

I'm so Disappointed with Uber Eats. I'm based in Nelspruit and the delivery guy did delivery my food. The meal was fully paid. But I didn't receive my order. Delivery guy is called Emanuel. Can I please get my money back. With the economy so bad Uber Eats decides to rob us, no I wanty Money back please. Now my kids are gonna sleep without food because it's not delivered..
