Bad bad bad experience

I placrd an order today at around 3:30pm, my order was accepted and expected to be delivered no later than 4:30pm, at 4:25pm driver seent a chat 2 say they hav arrived, i was shocked wer he arrived at as i was waiting outside my gate. I responded to advise that im by my gate and i dont see him, this driver answered me arrogantly, i further tried to direct him stating my home address and possibly the nearest corner for him, instead i got ignored. I further tried to call his numbet which went answered over 3 times, then suddenly my delivery was completed on the app. This happens while im still waiting outside my gate in the rain. I drove down to the restaurant (Kfc) 2 advise them i never received my order, the supervisor tried getting assistance from ubereats and waas advised to log a complaint on the app, when i logged the complaint i was responded to say they will not refund me however 6:26pm im still sitting here with an order i paid for but was never delivered.
