Bad bad bad bad ***** department service.

My app got hacked, someone logged in on my app and ordered food using the bank cards that were linked to the profile, their app did not notify me that my app is used on a different device. I sent them emails and all the proof showing my app was hacked. How can someone access my app while I am also able to access it. They respond with I have escalated and never come back to you.
