bad bad bad bad bad experience

Never in my life have I experienced such an effort to order a simple meal, can never reach any one on a thousand of numbers they have, then I am changed to a driver and want my details which I am clearly not, they give you this million of options of an expected error on the apps they have. All i want is my food with the vouchers i have uploaded. Never ever will i use them and I will never recommend them to anyone. can i just h]get someone to pick up a phone that i can speak to my number is ***.
