BAD BAD BAD

I would give them a 0 rating if I could. This was my first time using Ubereats and I am so appalled actually about it. The driver went to the wrong address, which was my fault as i didn't understand completely how it works. Luckily I phoned him and gave him the correct address. I can see on the track delivery where he was and how he was driving towards my address. About a block from my address he disappeared and so did my order. I tried phoning him several times and couldn't get through, I saw then on my profile he had cancelled my trip without letting me know and being literally around the corner from my address. I phoned the restaurant I order from only to be informed this happens often where a driver just cancels a trip and takes the food and then they send a new driver and have to remake the order. So it's not only costing me as a customer money but also the businesses as their food is being taken and not delivered and they have to carry the costs. I am so shocked that Uber allows this to happen. Now the missing food is paid for and I am not going to get it. I will never ever again use Ubereats or even just the normal Uber company.
