Bad and Delayed service

How bad is this service, I placed and order just after 12 and it stated the LATEST it will arrive is 13H40 and now it is not yet delivered and ETA is 14H25. I tried to cancel this reservation as I need to leave the office but they will not let me.

I cannot have such delays - the Latest it will arrive is there as guide that is will not arrive later that that time.

I could have gone to KFC and gotten the food myself, not it is more than an hour my food is not here and I am going in to meeting Hungry and not being able to perform at the standard i use to.
