Awful service for wrong orders!!

REPEATEDLY getting orders which are messed up. Tonight I ordered a burger, asking for it to be saucy. The burger arrived with NO sauces or condiments what so ever. A DRY BURGER. I also paid for premium/direct delivery. It still arrived cold. Uber Eats refuses to refund me. You send me a meal with half the ingredients missing, and that's OK!
