Awful service

I have made a purchase through the uber eats platform and to my disappointment the driver rings my phone for 15 seconds and when I called back the number was invalid. The picture on the app does not show the building at which the item is meant to be delivered. No re-delivery has been attempted and also I have not been afforded the opportunity to collect the item since the merchant is local to me. Uber eats is collecting R197 and I have no food.
