Aweful Experience

on the 6/05/2024 i had placed an or for my fiancé through UberEats at Starbucks Gateway, Kzn, South Africa, to my surprise upon receiving the order the sticky cinnamon bun was stale and hard i had logged a complaint with UberEats who did not do anything about this, The reason we choose Starbucks for our coffees etc. is due to the standard we can expect, and this was truly disappointing and terrible service we are not happy.
