AVOID Uber Eats At ALL COSTS!!!! - They Charge You Even Though They Don't Deliver.

AVOID UBEREATS!!!

Their drivers bike broke down on way to deliver to me. He asked me to cancel my order as he wouldn't be able to deliver. I did this, stating the reason why and uber eats billed me for the order anyways.

I reached out to them on multiple platforms, Facebook, Twitter, their App and Website, regarding this, and they still they flat-out refused to refund me saying the order had already left the restaurant and was on it's way.

How did they think it was going to get to me after an hour and a half of waiting and their very own driver telling me to cancel the order as his bike was broken and I could see him not moving from his location on te map for more than 40minutes already!!!

Is it fair that I should pay for something I didn't get? Especially since the fault is 100% theirs and not mine?

I have asked Numerously that someine please call me rergarding this, but still nothing. Absolutely Stone-walled. DISGUSTING. Avoid these guys at ALL Costs. Quick to take your money, but as ********* as they come. You have been warned.
