Attempted physical assault by driver, Uber Eats doesn't investigate

On my last food delivery, the driver refused to hand over my food and then attempted to assault me. I caught the exchange on video, but all UberEats did was refund me. I dont care about the money, but the lack of investigation into this safety issue is horrific. They told me the case is closed and won't be investigating further. Basically because i avoid the attempt blows and didn't sustain physical injury, my complaint is not serious enough. There are no fallout for the dangerous driver who tried to assault a woman. Please don't use Uber Eats as a woman on your own, they do not screen their drivers and its truely a safety issue. They will only investigate if you are harmed enough to go to a hospital... it might be too late for the next person....
