Atrocious Service From UberEats

I'm finally back from holiday so now I have a chance to write this review. About 2 weeks ago I ordered a Primi meal via UberEats. It took 2.5 hours to finally arrive and our food was stone cold. So I told the driver how disappointed I was and he must take the food back and return with a fresh warm meal as we ordered. He agreed however he never showed up again. I further more spent 30 minutes talking to the manager of the Primi branch at Blue Route Mall and he refused to be helpful in anyway. In actual fact he was extremely rude. However this is aimed at UberEats. We never got our meal neither did we get an apology or our money back. Shocking service and this is not the 1st time the food has taken so long to be delivered.
