My name is Khanyisani Khumalo, and I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an undelivered order placed via the Uber Eats application. My contact number is +***8. 04/09/2025, shortly after 06:00 PM, I placed an order from KFC to be delivered to my residence at 16 Thistle Road, Waterloo, Durban, South Africa. Although the delivery driver arrived in the vicinity, he proceeded to an incorrect address. Upon noticing the scooter, I approached the driver, who placed the order on the ground, took a photograph, and then departed with the items without handing them over. Despite this, the payment for the order was successfully processed, and I did not receive the goods. I have attached the electronic receipt for your reference. I hereby request a full refund for the undelivered order@KFC Waterloo
