Asked to paid what l already paid for

I ordered pizza yesterday using my cards which declined then l paid the delivery guy cash and explained to him what happened but now on my ubereats app it keeps on saying l need to pay the money dont understand why coz l paid already,l have called/email for them to explain to me but no response keep on saying line busy since yesterday.
