Appealed with the service

App works perfectly when you are a new user; however, since tenured the app does not allow me to use any promo's that have been emailed - states that I am not eligible for this promotion. Also does not allow me to use the cash or card option anymore (states that the payment method is unavailable). This has caused many off my exclusive R100 referral fees to get expired! This is not fair as I promote regularly for them.
