Appalling workings of the Ubereats Company

I have used Ubereats many times. In fact, I use it so often that I chose to use my hard-earned MONEY to pay for a stupid Uber One membership because I thought it would save me money, but the way Ubereats has been handling itself nowadays is ridiculous. First of all, I have had many many many issues where the driver that shows up is NOT who is represented in the pictures or any of the details. As a young female, surely this poses a lot of risk for me in terms of my safety. Secondly, I have dealt with many other issues involving those same "verified" drivers who have ****** my food. I don't even care that Uber refunds me every time, because it's not about the money. It's about the principle of this company, and I have seen now that it has none. The way Ubereats conducts business is incredibly sketchy and they employ downright *******. If you claim to verify your drivers, then why is it that there has been NO week that has gone by without some kind of problem from Ubereats. Your food drivers are ************, especially anyone on a motorbike. It is disgusting how you guys think you can conduct business like this and get away with it. Finally, you guys need to figure out a way of training your drivers or find a better system of hiring. They are disrespectful. They do not know how to communicate. They are entitled. I am a paying customer, not someone who is being gifted Ubereats food from you guys. And even if I was getting food from Ubereats as a company for free, it sure as heck does not mean you can undermine me or treat me like I mean nothing. You guys act like when we report things, such as safety or a disrespectful driver who has ****** your food, you will do something about it. But you won't. Appalled and Nauseated.
