Appalling service from UberEats

I ordered lunch for myself and a colleague yesterday. Our firm is situated within an office park and I have therefore include specific delivery instructions that the order be handed to the receptionist of our building.

The driver claims to have tried to contact me - although I received no missed calls.

The photograph form the driver shows that the order was literally placed on a curb (who knows where). It most certainly was not handed to the receptionist- per my instructions.

UberEats refuses to refund despite me pointing out the driver's non-compliance with the delivery instructions. I have asked how Uber reconcile the photograph by the driver of althea order on a curb with the delivery instructions and have received no reply.
