Appalling service

I made an ordered and paid for food which was never delivered. I was harassed by the driver over the phone and the order never arrived but the App shows that it was delivered. I tried to ask for help on UberEats App but it was not allowing me to submit the issue. I was shocked at the caliber of the driver that UberEats is using; he sounded more like a ****. UberEats service is appalling
