Appalling service

Yesterday i ordered from McDonalds The zone via UberEats and my experience was terrible to say the least! Firstly, The driver was getting lost, for a good 30 minutes he could not find my location. He could not even follow the directions i was giving him over the phone. When he did Finally find the place (Company where i work), He left my order at reception. He did not even wait for me to get there to see if my order was in the right condition. When i arrived at reception i found the paper bag soaking wet, like the driver had spilled water on my food. The food was inedible, Both the burger and chips were soggy. I wasted my money because i had to throw the food out. I could no longer get hold of the driver on that 087 number because he had completed the trip. I even called McDonalds to take back the food but they could not because it was not their fault to start with. I will never use UBER again. It is even difficlt to get hold of them to complain.
