Appalling service

Ordered pizza from Roman's Willows Crossing today, around 7pm. The order didn't arrive. When I called the restaurant, was told the Uber Eats driver collected the order, then canceled it as if the food was delivered. Had a similar incident a few weeks ago, where I ordered from a different restaurant and never received the order. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Don't see myself using this service again
