Appalling service

I am appalled by the service received! Last week ordered a meal, saw the driver on the app was in the waterfront doing god knows what. When I messaged him he did not reply and was over 45 min late! I then sent a support message to which no one had the decency to reply. Today ordered again and the same thing happened the driver was half an hour late. The support specialist just clearly wasn’t interested in helping! Not even a voucher as an apology! Both times food was cold! Ridiculous service
