Appalling service

I’m disappointed as to how Uber Eats have handled the matter with regards to money that was taken from my account and that transaction was not even authorised by me. It has bee been weeks and still no response from them. There’s zero urgency that this business has and there have been numerous individuals with the same matter and they state that they also have not received any communication with regards to the complaint. How does such a business run when they don’t even tend to their customers. This is definitely appalling service and would not recommend that anyone uses the app or else you could be a victim as well
