Appalling, pathetic and extremely unacceptable service from Swaleh from ubereats!!!!!

I ordered from McDonalds Columbine at 21:30 this evening. I was already waiting downstairs when I got the message that the person delivering whose name is Swaleh had arrived. I then called him seeing he wasnt there and he told me he was lost and he will come around. I waited another 10 minutes and called him back only to be told he is waiting by the garage. I told him there is no garage where I live but he should ask for directions to my address and I waited another 10 minutes again. Meanwhile Swaleh did not bother to call or inform me where he was since he said he was lost. I called him a 3rd time and a 4th and told him to put his GPS on if he can't find the place. All the while standing in the dark. When I called a 5th and 6th time he was no longer answering my calls. Meanwhile I have 3 hungry kids in the house waiting for food. An hour later I finally gave up and got back inside only to find that very same Swaleh that I have messaged in writing countless times and also physically called countless times has billed me for "not coming with enough money!!". What the hell! I received no food, I got unprofessional service, the driver has the audacity to lie and then I get billed for all the bull****!!!!! Iam extremely appalled by this and I will certainly NOT be paying for Swaleh's dinner while my kids go hungry tonight. May the authorities follow up on this issue, check my messages and calls to this very dishonest guy and act upon this because it's a crime on it's own!!!!!
