Appalling/ Absurd Service

Today I ordered Nandos Sea Point via Ubereats twice today waiting for an hour for each order, guess what I received nothing at all. I order successfully this is after a long day, after waiting for over 50 minutes the order just automatically cancels itself with no particular reason. On the first order they apologized in an email and gave me 25% off. I ordered again and the very same thing happened. They no emailed me to say my driver reported I didnt pay the whole amount I will pay it on my next order yet I did not even get food from them, Mr Delivery saved my life today after the appalling and absurd service I received from them. I work with customers each and everyday go over and beyond for them hence this pathetic service shocks me I am disgusted and would not advise anyone to use this app.
