Appalled by the worst service!

Can I give them a -10?? the worst service you can come across. 2 occasions the driver marked my order as delivered but I never received it and the money was already deducted from my bank. When you reach out to the call centre, they tell you to send complaint via the app. When you complain on the app, you get a generic message and a refund takes 3-5 business days to be back in your account. So they will mess up but not even compensate you for the issue that is caused on their end. After fighting with them for two days, this is my last response from them: "I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for.

Unfortunately, at this stage, we are unable to look into this matter further. I understand that this is not the resolution you were hoping for.

We are constantly aiming to improve our service to you, and your feedback will help us do so.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter."

I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. they are such a huge disappoitment and don't deserve the business.
