App placed my order x5 times and charged me x5 times!!!!! At the same damn restaurant

So ****en ****ed off, this damn app place an order at the same restaurant x5 times(charged me x5 times) when the damn app kept kicking me out and when i go to support to ask how that is possible and since when one is allow to order x5 on the same app at the same place they tell me to go to help section, what the hell the is support center for you, cannot assist with a mistake the app clearly made- i need answers !
