app is unusable

The user interface is utterly unusable. I could not cancel an order. when I pressed help with cancelling an order, it told me to call the delivery man. But the delivery man appeared nowhere in my app at all, I could not find the map or his avatar to click on him or his phone number. As a result he marked the delivery as successfully delivered and I was debited. I demand a refund.
