Angry unfairly treated customer

Ubereats charges us for delayed orders we cancel, i ordered food at 13:00 to be delivered at 14:00. At 15:00 i had still not received my order and the order was still at the store. This was suppose to be lunch to be divered at 15:26 This is not fair on customers, service providers must be held accountable for meeting their specified times
