Angry customer! UberEats driver stole my food!

I had a terrible experience with Ubereats today. A driver by the name of Patrick came to deliver and did not even wait 2 minutes. They told the security guards at my office park that they do not have the office park name on the app while it is there and I have ordered before and received my orders. He then took a picture with a floor background and it's not in my office park and pretended as if they left the order in which they did not. They left with the order and UberEats says I am not eligible for a refund. ****mers!! THis happened last week to my colleague, clearly it's a trend.
