Angry customer an lifeless mother

I'm so angry,an way beyond angry,I placed an order at dobsonville chicken licken which I was communicating with the driver he told me of my location which I told him I updated it before he picked up the order I asked him if we can meet halfway or if he delivers if pay extra he refused then I told him to cancel my order he said he couldn't already my bank details were in,the phone was reported not delivered even on the ubereats system instead they were trying to debit I couldng keep even a cent on that count which ended up been overdrawn just a day apart in the 15th of January 2 days back I had money sent to my account for my daughter's chronic medication within a second it debited that money all of it I screamed I couldn't believe my daughter is asthmatic an I need to buy her medication I emailed them severally they kept sending back an automated response that they will attend to my case for a while now I am beyond angry an this is for the second ubereats does this the first order was stated delivery I ended up fighting with my superiors over an order thinking maybe they received it an **** about it.i demand for a reversal I beg of you I've tried they not making any effort hence now I retaliated to this platform.
