Angry customer

I order food and forgot to change my delivery address. I went on the app to try and but the instructions said wait for the dri er to pick up the order and communicate both him. I did exactly that, I called the driver and he told he will not bring the food to me, instead he took a picture of the and said he left it at the flat. Only to find out he left with the food. On the app the food shows that it was delivered but I never got that food instead I had to reorder the meal. Ubereats and their drivers are robbing people. I have reported the incident nothing has been done about it. Instead they keep on insisting that the driver has delivered the food. I asked a some question where did he get the pin to complete that order because I never gave it to him.
