ANGRY

We ordered food from McDonalds through uberEats, driver arrives at my work place, refuses to get in the building , and decided to leave while I was on my way to him, he marks the order as delivered, when I call to advise that I did not received the food and the driver left with it, I was told that's not their fault they wont do anything about it, I paid R209 for the food, where did it go to? so who got the food , cs I was told the driver canceled the order but pressed (DELIVERED) in error, but no one knows where the food went to because I wanted to fetch it myself in store

I have never received such service from you guys and i am very upset and disappointed, because I paid for food and someone had the privilege of eating it....I wont let this go , i will get to the bottom of it
