*********** and useless service

So the below was my complaint to KfC “ Horrible Delivery service Very disgusted by delivery guy with the name of Happy who had to deliver my meal,

Not only the fact that it took a motor bike 15minutes to deliver a package to an address that is in the same building, just on a different floor in Nelson Mandela Square Santon City South Office block😳🤔

Then after getting lost , gets in contact with me and after chatting to him and giving the correct details, dispite these also being added on point of order on the uber app , he then ask me on a voice call to collect on the ground floor and dropped the phone while i was speaking ,

I left my work went to the ground floor and no one was there only to get pictures and via Uber notifications minutes later showing my food on the curve of the road because it has been ordered by a dog

So I lost money and ended up starving because that was meant to be my lunch “

And uber eats is not willing to refund anything , if only I could put their response but, this is the worst ever service a customer should ever get
