***** and theft from Uber drivers

Yesterday in the afternoon, we ordered debonairs pizza(Greenstone mall) using Uber eats. We waited for about an hour for the delivery. We called the driver and asked us to write the address and we waited for another 30 minutes after writing the address & still he hasn't been delivered yet he never called us, we then text him. He went to deliver at a location that was incorrect which is opposite of ours. He then sent us a picture of where he left the food. We then drove to check our food at Flamingo shopping center the food was not good there. We drove to Greenstone Debonairs to advise what had happened & they could not assist us however they phoned Uber eats about the issue. Uber eats phoned the driver for his side of the story, he obviously said that he delivered the food to the location given on the app & had took a picture to as proof of delivery. We them decided to drive to that address/store he had left the food,as we got there, no food was left. We managed to ask the Centre management to check the cameras and we got a shook of our life. The driver was there, he put the food on the floor, takes a picture then send it on the app then takes it back to his bag & he leaves. Now we have tried to explain all this to Uber eats and they say that debonairs greenstone must send the email to them with all the camera footage not us. We only have to lodge a query on the app. So now we only waiting for Uber to investigate
