Please take note you will one day realise that Uber eats is a *****. They will ***** your money and not refund you at all. What happened to me was I was just putting a order in my chart, next thing it shows order placed. I then cancelled the order. And money was deducted from my *** and now I can’t get it back because they don’t have a customer service line. Never put your banking details on this app. Believe me one day you will regret it. I had to see if my bank can dispute the order or if HUNGRY LION MUST DO THE REFUND. I will also put in a complain at hungry Lion. Because Uber can’t take my money with no food. So I’m going to fetch the food tomorrow since I already paid for it. If not I’m taking them to small claims court even if it’s just R182. No one ***** my hard earned money.
