They are *******, and have the worst customer support. Last week, I tried to place an order, the app failed to place the order, but still charged me. There is no option on the app to solve this because the order technically doesn't exist, and there is no way to get hold of a person to solve this issue. I resorted to trying to contact them over facebook, but their incompetence is astounding, and they keep asking the same questions over and over. They also can't grasp the fact that the order won't exist on my profile, because the app failed, and charged me without creating the order. I don't use facebook for anything, so it is a pain having to log in and check if they have or haven't put down a status update.
