******* and dishonest company

Extremely disappointed in UberEats. I ordered food yesterday on 25 Feb 2025. I tracked the order until the delivery showed 2 mins away. I went outside and waited for my order. To my surprise the food showed as delivered but I hadn't received a phone call from the driver. When I tried phoning the driver, his phone doesn't connect. When I phoned the store where the order came from, they didn't know which driver took the order. When I contacted UberEats they said that this is eligible for a refund. I paid for a service which wasn't rendered and I do not qualify for a refund? Pathetic...

I've tried a few times to be patient and reasonable with them via the UberEats app but they are adamant that they are not responsible. It appears that their drivers are just as ******* as their company. *****ing money from hard-working people.

I will never use their services again!
