AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Hi I'm writing a review due to bad experience. I placed an order worth R230 for which was transacted for from my bank account and never received my meal this happened after they initially messed up my order by letting me know that two buddy cokes were not put into the bag. I then reported my order was never received for which a reply was sent they don't do refunds and the driver took a picture of just the package itself as "per policy" and didn't answer my calls thereafter.

It's ridiculous and I am frustrated for being charged even though I hadn't received anything .
