An absolute disgrace!!! UberEats

Absolutely disgusting service!!!! I had placed an order, only for it to be delivered an hour later with the items melted. The driver was not the same as the picture. He was rude and disrespectful.

I complained using their platform and was given a R15 voucher for a R253 order. I tried to contact their support staff who must have had brain fade on the day, only for them to state that the issue was resolved by them giving m e a R15 voucher.
