Amazing Customer Service

First I cant use my card for taking Uber but I can use it for UberEats. Now I can take Ubers but UberEats won't use my card. I've contacted their "customer service" through the app 4 times and emailed twice with how many replies? You guessed it, ZZZEEERRROOO!!!!!!! You guys suck.
