Always wrong item

Uber ears South Africa is such a mess. Always cold food, wrong item or missing item. And it's always! Not just sometimes. What is this? People can't even put a simple order together? You give me juice instead of Milkshake? You don't add chili to my chili chips? Salad instead of chip? The food arrives cold like it was kept in the fridge! And this happen every single time??!! What the hell is this? Low IQ of the staff? Why should I always receive wrong item and get money back for it? So when can I just receive what I actually ordered. Why are you guys so useless? You call this stupid joke a "business"?
