******** Activities - Uber taking our Money, not delivering Orders!!!

UberEats has cancelled their support call line and now have a Help section on their App which gives little to no help at all. This in turn has turned their drivers into ********s and/or ****mers. They now can claim to have delivered your order even though they are not at the right address, then take not visible enough pictures as evidence, then Uber will claim that their third-party drivers followed policy and not even bother investigating incidents which in turn also makes UberEats ********s, taking people's money and delivering services. Bunch of *******. I am super disappointed and will not be using their services anymore, You are losing more customers as more and more reviews of similar incidents to mine are occurring but Uber is turning a blind eye.
