account disabled

<p>I downloaded the app and ordered and food and recently it shows that my account has been disabled and that I need to contact ********** I send an e-mail I received a response saying that my query has not been received as that mail box is not monitored. The e-mail address on the website does the same thing. How on earth am I supposed to log back into my account again</p>
