Accident which raised more concerns

One of the Uber Eats drivers drove into me Saturday. Luckily no one got hurt.

I got the details from the driver and when I mentioned that we needed to get a case number at the Police Station the driver drove off.

I noticed that the driver did not have the correct license for the vehicle the driver was driving and that the licence of the driver had expired.

Also the driver was an immigrant and did not want to speak to anyone which was concerning. The driver mentioned that paperwork for being in South Africa was not in order.

This is very concerning as I know a lot of people rely on Uber and is this the case with drivers transporting people as well?
