Accident via a uber eats driver

I have just been in a accident where a uber eats driver smacked into the back of me. When trieng to get his details, he just gave me a name and that he is with uber eats and has no insurance. I took his number plate number, as if you are a representative and drive for uber, the owner of the vehicle should be forced to have insurance to be able to be a driver or uber should be responsible for the damages. I can not find a single way to contact these Muppets, and when trieng to use thier support number, every option tells me that you can not get through to them. Can anyone assist me with this or a method of contacting them.
