Absolutely useless. Terrible service.

My order was delayed massively while I watched the driver drive all over the place ignoring my order.

I contacted support after an hour of watching this and asked them to cancel. I spoke to a Norman who was completely useless and didnt even listen to what I was saying. I would ask a question and he would reply with something totally different that had nothing to do with what I asked. Almost 2 hours later the driver asigned to my order didnt even arrive. Someone else arrived and said they had a flat tyre. But I could see them on the map and tell that was not the case.

Food was ice cold and I get told by Uber Support again that there is nothing they can do about cold food. Absolutely useless.
